January 2010 - I PG Ballast Water Treatment Conference at Runde Miljøsenter PG is setting up an conference addressing Shipowners / Operators, Naval Architects and Shipyards January 28th at the Runde Environmental Research Centre outside Aalesund. Appart from a presentation of PG's scope of supply related to this business, we will feature presentations by Dr. Annelise Chapman whom has significant experience from research within the field of invasive species in the maritime environment, Jim Mackay of Hyde Guardian will present their latest experiences and solutions to the issue of BWTS, and a representative from the Norwegian Shipowners Association will inform of their position to these important issues, and present the Norwegian tax-scheme related to pre-legislation of investments into such solutions on newbuilds and existing tonnage. December 2009 - III Fifth PG-MACS contract in Brazil secured for Deep Sea Supply newbuild PG has secured the contract with STX Promar Brazil, to delivery a comprehensive PG-MACS Hybrid Cargo Solution for their H/N 28. This vessel will fully comply with the latest Petrobras specifications, with Drill Cutting capacities of above 300m3, and full PG-MACS flexibility for wet- and dry bulk in same tanks. An additional feature not specified by Petrobras, is the PG-MACS's systems ability to carry recovered oil in the same tank configuration, which also provide a future benefit to the owner. A package of conventional cargo pumps, and engine room pumps is also covered by the agreement December 2009 - II Deep Sea Supply ASA select PG-Hyde Ballast Water Treatment Units Deep Sea Supply has contracted for a newbuild STX 09 CD MACS at STX Promar / Brazil (H/N 28), and PG has been awarded the contract to provide a state-of-the-art Ballast Water Treatment System for this project. The PG-Hyde Guardian HGT 250 will cover all requirements in acc. with the latest IMO regulations, even the future D2 stringent specifications. This is the third contract for PG in a very short period of operations, and proves the PG-Hyde Guardian to be exceptionally competitive for this market segment. December 2009 - I STX Promar/Brazil select PG for Siem's PSV 09 CD newbuilds STX Promar H/N 29 and 32 - being two large STX 09 CD PSV's under construction for Siem Consub - will be comprehensively equipped for Liquid Cargo handling systems, Engine Room- and Utility Pump packages from PG. Options for upgrade to PG-MACS Hybrid systems pending.
November 2009 - V Conoco Phillips order Duplex Bornemann pumps for Eldfisk platform PG is contracted to deliver high-spec Bornemann progressive cavity pumps for open and close drain applications to the Edlfisk platform in the North Sea. These are vertically mounted, deepwell type pumps, including ABB ATEX 100 ex-proof e-motors. November 2009 - IV PG deliver Sundyne LMV 802 for Statoil upgrade Snorre B platform PG has received orders to deliver an all AISI 316 Sundyne Recompression Condensate Return Pump to a.m. platform, including an ABB ATEX 100 ex-proof drive. November 2009 - II PG to deliver WOMA Ecotherm 800 to Husnes Sandblåsing The Ecotherm concept has proven most competitive for mobile, hot water cleaning units. This sets a new benchmark, with pressure of 800 Bar at 98 degrees C - being the highest performance recorded world wide till date. Main applications are rust, paint and growth removal - ideal for shipyards, and heavy duty users for industrial cleaning.
November 2009 - I Yara Glomfjord chose PG for mobile HP cleaning unit A WOMA 740 Bar, mobile HP Cleaning Unit find its way to Yara Glomfjord for heavy duty cleaning on site. The unit is also prepared for cleaning with hot water, upon demand.
October 2009 - IV PG-MACS orders for another 2 vessels secured for undisclosed owner Another comprehensive order for two shipsets covering all PG-MACS features were secured during October 09 for 2010 and 2011 delivery.

Zamakona in Spain, and have decided to position these already high-profile vessels towards the new IMO-regulations for Ballast Water Treatment. PG and Hyde Guardian was selected after carefull studies by VSS, and the two first systems will be delivered to Spain Q1/2010 for H/N 667 and 668 - to complement PG's already large Cargo Handling packages for same vessels
October 2009 - I Oseberg C to upgrade Mud Treatment Plant with PG pumps Aibel AS - on behalf of the operators - place orders for vertical execution, special design mud pumps with PG. Baker SPD Mud Hog Pumps are designed for fluid transfer and enhanced fluid movement in mud systems of all types of drilling rigs.

BP Oselvar Tie-Back trigger order for PG-Ruhrpumpen to AOP BP Norge AS has awarded Aker Offshore Partner AS (AOP) the contract for a sub sea development with 3 horizontal production wells on the Oselvar field . This SVN 4x11 A Oil Booster Pump unit will be installed on the Oselvar Module to be located ULA Platform. The platform is located in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea and is operated by BP AKER Offshore Partner place order for PG-Ruhrpumpen in connection with the BP Ula modifications, for the Oselvar tie-back to Ula.
September 2009 - II PACC Yuexin Ocean Engineering order Mud Handling Equipment Hull PY 1007/1008 at PACC Yuexin Ocean Engineering will be equipped by PG for Liquid Mud Handling. These are two 16.000 BHP AHTS's under construction at their site in Zhuhai City / China. Delivery scheduled for Q4/09
September 2009 - I CBO / Alianza return for two additional PG-packages Alianza SY / Brazil return with orders to PG for Liquid Cargo Handling Systems and Engine Room pump packages for their two next vessels. H/N 12 and 13 are UT 715 PSV's designed by Rolls Royce Marine - basically sister vessels to previously reported orders. Delivery commence Q4/09
August 2009 - III Bergen Group BMV select PG for ST 256 L CD to Solstad H/N 167 which Bergen Group will deliver to Solstad Offshore is a custom made ship of the ST 256 L CD type for diving and ROV-operations. It is designed by Skipsteknisk AS . The ship will be 120 m long and 23 m wide. It has a 200 ton offshore crane and will be prepared for installation of ROV-systems and a 24 man diving system for 24 hour diving operations.
PG was selected vendor for all Cargo handling-, Utility- and Engine Room pumps to the project. Delivery commence Q4/09
August 2009 - II Next PG-MACS Vessel launched - PX 105 MACS for Bourbon Having M/V Edda Fram, M/V Edda Frende and M/V Far Serenade running in the North Sea - the latter now in operativ service carrying Drill Cuttings on a regular basis - we receive info on the launch of the next PG-MACS vessel from China. Bourbon Offshore Norway's PX 105 MACS hit water August 28th., and is rapidly approaching completion.
August 2009 - I PG to represent Hyde Marine for Ballast Treatment System PG proudly annonce that agreements have been reached, for PG to represent Hyde Marine Inc for their novel Ballast Treatment Systems in the market place of Norway, and world wide for Offshore Supply Vessels. PG will utilize its well established network, to participate in this new market segment with a Global Leader Hyde Marine Inc, Cleveland - Ohio/USA. First projects are already running, and we hope to see the first results in fair time
July 2009 - IV PG-Techni develop ultra-compact, high torque el-actuators Triggered from our recently patented PG-MAPS development, PG-Techni have developed, and materialized an ultra-compact, high torque, total electric valve-actuator. First commercial installation will be the already delivered Gjøa Chemical Injection Module, which will see some 50 units for remote control of valves for chemical dosing. Delivery commence Q3/09
Core of the new product is a Permanent Magnet Electric Motor, with a device similar to the reciprocating function developed for the PG-MAPS pumps.
July 2009 - III STX Braila return to complete orders with FWG's PG-Sondex SFD 13 Fresh Water Generators were ordered by STX Braila for a series of 3 x Icebreaker of STX-design, type ARC 104 under construction as STX H/N 740-742. The vessels are intended for services for owner Caspian Offshore Construction in Kazakhstan, in the Caspian Sea. Capacity of the units are 25 T/Day, and delivery commence Q1/10
July 2009 - II DOF ASA / STX Offshore Brazil select PG for AHTS's PG was awarded comprehensive contracts to supply Cargo Handling Systems, Engine Room Pumps, Fresh Water Generators and Titanium Plate Coolers for 2 x STX 12 AHTS's under construction in Brazil. Delivery commence Q4/09 for H/N 26, and Q1/10 for H/N 27

June 2009 - V Dresser Rand select PG for Pumps to Petrobras P-55 FPSO Orders were secured with Dresser Rand to supply Liquid Fuel- and Lube Oil Pumps, including drives for their turbine powerplant for a.m. project. PG-units in scope, are 8 vertical centrifugal type sumppumps, and 4 horizontal triple-screw pumps. May 2009 - III China Oilfield Service Ltd select PG for large Rolls Royce AHTS's Comprehensive packages for hydraulically driven Liquid Cargo Handling-, Tank Cleaning systems and E/R pumps were secured for 2+2 x UT 788 AHTS's under construction for COSL at Wuchang SY / China. These vessels are high-spec, state-of-the-art Clean Class AHTS's, and call for similar level equipment in our packages. HPU's will be manufactured at PG Hydraulics, and liquid mud agitators and other equipment come from own manufacture at PG Construction.
Delivery commence Q3/09 for H/N A201L and 3 months later for H/N A202L

May 2009 - I Bourbon Offshore; major upgrade for GPA 670 cargosystem Following the trend of significantly more segregated chemical capacities in OSV's, Bourbon Offshore has decided for a major upgrade of a GPA 670 PSV under construction at Zhejiang SY / China. Seven each PG 50/250TA hydraulically driven, submerged Methanol Cargo Pumps have been chosen for the purpose, including HPU and Control System accordingly.

March 2009 - IV Transocean Leader - outfitted by PG Marine Group for mud agitation A package of Hydraulically Driven Mud Agitators, HPU and Control System was secured with Transocean, for their driller Transpocean Leader. Delivery Q2-09
The TRANSOCEAN LEADER is a Aker H-4.2 self-propelled semi-submersible drilling unit capable of operating in harsh environments and water depths up to 4500 feet using a 18¾in, 15,000 psi BOP and a 21 in OD marine riser.
March 2009 - III STX Offshore Brazil place order for another DOF AHTS - H/N 25 Rush-delivery required: a comprehensive Liquid Cargo Handling package, and Engine Room package for the former Promar SY, now STX Offshore Brazil was ordered for Q2-09 delivery! The vessel is a sister vessel ( for Owner Finarge Offshore ) to H/N 21 AKER 05 AHTS, with identical specifications and scope of supply.
March 2009 - II Astileros Barreras / Spain & Østensjø Accomedation select PG PG was awarded pump packages for a most remarkable newbuild, namely H/N 1664 at Barreras - being a newly developed VS 4130 ASV - dedicated Accomedation Vessel for 600 persons.
March 2009 - I PG secure comprehensive packages at Universal Shipbuilding / Japan Four large AKER 09 CD PSV under construction at Universal SB's Maizuru Shipyard for Japanese Shipowner Sanko, will be comprehensively equipped by PG, PGC and PGH following the award of orders during March. Complete liquid cargo handling systems, including hydraulically driven PG-Submix 80 mud agitators, PG-50/250 TA submerged Methanol Cargo pumps, and Tank Cleaning Systems together with a major Engine Room pump package form scope of supply for PG. Delivery commence Q3-2010 onwards.
By these orders, PG has secured in total 24 shipsets from Universal, under a very close cooperation during the last few years.
February 2009 - IV Tidewater series of 12 MMC-design PSV equipped by PG Marine Group PG secured orders for Liquid Mud Cargo Handling equipment for this project. MMC Ship Design & Marine Consulting Ltd of Poland designed the vessels, denominated MMC 887 PSV, 12 of which are being built in China at the Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding Ltd.
PG's scope is scheduled to commence delivery Q3/09 onwards though 2010. Another 4 optional vessels are covered by the agreements
February 2009 - III PG-SLB 125 Deepwell Pumps successfully installed in DOF-newbuild STX Europe Aukra has successfully installed, and commissioned our newly developed SLB 125 DW, all stainless steel, twin-screw, low share deepwell pumps. Originally being developed as part of the PG-MACS system, these novel design pumps find new applications at a good pace.
Fully IMO 673 cl. 16 conform, meeting all requirements for the current NOFO 2005, future NOFO 2009, ATEX 100 ex-proof, and available in AISI 316 stainless-, or duplex steel materials these sophisticated units meets with the highest demands in the market place
February 2009 - II CBO to upgrade Alianza H/N 08 and H/N 09 for StatoilHydro charters Following the award of charters for StatoilHydro's operations in Brazil, CBO have decided for a significant upgrade of these vessels cargo facilities, to which PG respond. Delivery to Alianza Shipyard / Brazil for our packages is scheduled for Q2/09
Febuary 2009 - I Havila and Havyard select PG-packages for Havyard 855 IMRV This sophisticated Intervention, Maintenance, Repair Vessel of in-house Havyard design, will be equipped with PG-Packages for all pumping systems aboard. All four shipsets will be delivered within 2009.
January 2009 - I Ezra Offshore opens the new year with orders for AHTS at ST Marine PG was awarded orders to supply liquid handling systems for their latest Conan Wu design AHTS under construction at ST Marine / Singapore. PG's scope comprise hydraulically driven pumps for various applications, hydraulic liquid mud agitators, hydraulic power packs and control systems accordingly.
